Can locational superiority overcome inferiority in physical spec?... 2023


At the end of 2022, the industries and logistics market have been frozen due to the oversupplies and competition of attracting tenants.

Around this time, the global asset management which had an experience to work with asked for leasing for 8,000 py of cold storage.

They trusted our differentiated work style pursuing “Find and Meet”, not just “Wait and See”, even though we had no record in leasing logistics.

Despite the many shortcomings in specification, we highlighted the advantages.

We prepared information to help potential tenants make decisions easily by investigating almost all aspects of their needs in advance.

We finally discovered the end-users with needs for expansion, and successfully closed the deal.
